A Shinonome Ena x Akiyama Mizuki fanzine!
Welcome to the MizuEna fanzine!
This will be a fanzine based on the romantic pairing of Shinonome Ena x Akiyama Mizuki from Nightcord at 25.00, a group from Project Sekai : Colorful Stage. Feat Hatsune Miku.
We hope that you’ll be as excited for this zine as the mods are!
(Art mod has not drawn the Mizuena. So you get Niigo World Link event cards because Head mod is full of enthusiasm for this project and can’t wait :D )

This is when the creators will create their pieces and post it to the google drive that you’ll get access to when you finish.

General Guidelines
- As this zine will strictly be kept SFW, creators under 18 are allowed to apply. If you are under the age of 15, however, please gain your parent’s/guardian’s consent before you join, as we are planning to make this a physical zine with merch and require your address for the shipping team to mail a free zine to you!
- For writers, the pronouns for Mizuki are best kept to They/Them, as canonically, as of the 2nd Anniversary character profiles, Mizuki has not been seen with a confirmed gender yet. However, you may use she/her if you wish.
- Applications : currently, we are looking at 20 artists, 8 writers, and 7 merch artists!
- physical zine specifications : 300 dpi, A5, CYMK color format
Writer Guidelines
- judged based on syntax and flow of your writing
- as grammar and syntax will play a significant part in evaluation, chatfics and solely song fics will not be accepted.
- to apply : submit 3 of your best works (can be an ao3 link or a google doc), word count max of 2500 words, strictly SFW, no NSFW is allowed. Also submit your portfolio (can be carrd/ao3/google drive [allow for access to anyone with the link])
-“can I submit wips?” Yes, you may. However, we would like at least one work to be a completed fic so we can see how you write and finish off a story.
- at least one fic should have Mizuki and Ena inside! This is to see how you write the chemistry between them and how they “click.” Their pairing need not be the main focus, eg. you can submit a double date situation with say, Akitoya and MizuEna that happened by accident as one of your works.
-as this is a MizuEna focus zine, we ask that you do not write other pairings in your work. You can, however, suggest a relationship, eg Mizuki teasing Akito about how he always hangs out with Toya, which could suggest Akitoya.
- You may also include other characters, for example, Akito (Ena’s younger brother), or Mizuki’s sister.
- As a writer, you’ll be submitting one drabble fic of 2k words, 2.5k max, featuring Akiyama Mizuki and Shinonome Ena.
- We’ll be dividing applications based on your ideas into two rough categories : canon-compliant/divergence/song fics, and AU. Ideally, we’re looking to accept 4/4, but if there isn’t enough for one, we’ll accept some from the other category.
Artist Guidelines
- judged based on how well you know your anatomy and your composition skills
-wips and unfinished works will not be accepted for this category
-submit works with the medium you’ve chosen to work with for this project!
- can be black and white, or colored
- traditional art is also accepted! Your works should be scanned and edited clearly should you choose to submit a traditional art piece. (300 dpi)
-please submit your portfolio which the mods team can look at more than 5 of your works in one spot (can be an Instagram/Twitter/Tumblr/ Carrd page/ Google Drive etc.)
- as a contributing artist, you’ll be required to submit one completed work, fully colored and rendered, featuring Mizuki and Ena.
Merch Artist Guidelines
-merch artists will be ranked higher if they have created merch prior to the creation of this zine! it need not be prosekai merch that you have created.
- if you'd like to apply, do note that photos of your merchandise will be required and sent in the portfolio you submit!
-as we would like both chibi and full body merch to be in the products made, a variety of drawing styles will be welcomed
- currently, the team has plans for : bookmarks, polaroids, badges, key chains, stickers, small prints, and sticker sheets (subject to change)
- artists can choose whether they wish go do one piece or two! based on the number they choose, we'll be filtering the types of merch that will be in production soon!
